Tennis
On Friday 5th June, our U14s and U15s competed in the Nicola Mabbit District Tennis tournament, enjoying a busy afternoon of tennis in the sunshine.
Our U14s team won all their matches to win the tournament and progress to the County Finals in July. Our U15s unfortunately narrowly missed out on finishing second. They were equal on points with Broxbourne but lost out based on the overall number of games won and lost.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and the girls represented Presdales wonderfully.
U14s Player is Claudia B and U15s player is Farrah H (who played up an age group). Well done to all the girls!
Rounders
A fantastic afternoon of Rounders against Chauncy for our Year 7 and Year 8 teams last week!
Our Year 8 team put in an excellent performance to secure a well-deserved victory, demonstrating some brilliant batting, fielding, and communication.
Presdales 9 v Chauncy 5 1/2.
The Year 7 team also gave their all and played with great enthusiasm. Although the result didn’t go their way this time, they showed resilience, supported each other throughout, and gained valuable experience.
Presdales 5 1/2 v Chauncy 10.

Sports Leaders
Our wonderful Level 1 Sports Leaders did a fabulous job supporting the Hertford and Ware sports partnership on the 9th June at their badminton event.
The leaders spent time being trained before enthusiastically supporting Year 3 and 4 students in a variety of skills stations.
