The Year 7 Textiles students have worked hard this term on a lovely sustainability project…..upcycling odd socks! We think they have done a fantastic job of this … well done Year 7!!

Year 8 have worked so well this term on their eco-speakers. Even with missed workshop lessons, the students not only managed to produce amazing speakers, but completed them a week early! A superb class that are always supportive of one another, and no blade breakages during the sawing tasks, earnt the class a treat too!

Some really great decorative styles used to finish off their speakers – well done Year 8!

Year 9

Year 9 Graphics students have been busy this term on developing their technical drawing skills. Students have learnt one-point perspective, orthographic and isometric projection. As well as this, they completed a mini-project to design and make septal occasion stationery. Some really quite excellent ideas and products were produced…..well done Year 9!!!
