Presdales Bake Off House Competition

Technical Challenge – Swiss Roll

On Thursday 8th October, Year 10 students participated in the first Presdales Bake Off style Technical Challenge. Working individually or in pairs representatives of each house made a swiss roll.

Judging was based on appearance, aroma, taste & texture. I would like to thank our special guest judge Mrs Dray for her assistance. She was very impressed by the students organisational skills and the flavours.

The top 3 houses were:

1st Curie – Vishukhu Thukkar and Madeline Hardey 2nd Parks – Evie Murfet 3rd Pankhurst – Rosie Hoy
