The 2nd November was the start of Tomorrow’s Engineer’s Week. To celebrate, Key Stage 3 form groups were asked to produce an A-Z of Engineer’s that have made a major contribution to society. Mr French who is currently working in the Science Department was invited to judge the competition. Mr French is trained as a Civil Engineer and has worked on many big projects including Crossrail, A40 Highway and the Tideway tunnel in London. Mr French commented on how creative the work was and particularly liked how 8EF had included more modern engineering achievements.Engineering House Competition
