NSEA Presdales Equestrian team – Hickstead May 2022
Freya Naylor Stewart in Year 11 went to Hickstead in Sussex with her horse, Bailey, to represent Presdales and the county of Hertfordshire in the National Schools Championships at Hickstead on 30th May. They had qualified for the 90/95 cm County show jumping class at Bury Farm, Leighton Buzzard back in January. There were schools as far away as Cumbria and Cornwall and with 95 competitors in the class it was a very strong one to beat. In the end they came a very credible 9th, just missing out on the prizes. They thoroughly enjoyed the event!
Well done Freya, such a brilliant achievement with so many competitors!!
Cricket
Well done to both our Year 7 & 8 and Year 9 & 10 Cricket teams who did amazingly well to get to the Cup final on Tuesday. After a massive team effort we came 2nd out of 10 schools in both year groups. Well done girls!
Star Players were Olivia Holme & Lois Quinn. And Emily Reason & Amelie Bleriot!
