Jigsaw Puzzle Piece Project
Dear Year 6s!
We would like to take part in a little creative project which will help you introduce yourselves a little better to your new Form Tutor and the other students who will be in your form group in September.
You need to download and print off both sides of the jigsaw puzzle piece template and fill in each side with as much detail about yourself as you can. One side of the puzzle piece will be eventually displayed on your new form notice board for your peers to read to help them get to know you better. You therefore need to be detailed and decorate it with colours and designs that represent you. Make it eye-catching and fun to look at. It would be nice to include a picture of yourself on this side.
The other side should also be colourful and decorated but this side needs to include any information that you would like your Form Tutor to know about you. This side is private, and you should therefore be as honest and detailed as you can to help your Form Tutor get an accurate idea of who you are and how you feel about coming to secondary school.
Once you have completed both jigsaw puzzle pieces, please put them in an envelope and send them to me at the following address by the end of the day on Monday 13th July:

We have teamed up with a leading provider, ‘Edde Education’ to manage the Single Device Scheme.

For payments made to the school we are able to take online debit and credit card payments through the Wisepay. Individual accounts for all students have been set up on the system and details of your login were emailed to you.
